It was OK there were some people who came after me and left before me.

Staff is nice. The amount of labor was too high. I checked with others and feel i overpaid by few hundred dollars. Pricing should be competitive.
Attention to detail is important. It would have been a nice gesture if the spare tire was put back correctly, instead of upside down. It would have taken a few minutes more at the most to do that and would have prevented me from taking out the tire, flipping it over, putting the jack back and then tightening it up. That said for the number of times i have been to Fulshear tire and auto, they typically do a great 5 star job.
Not good customer service. Estimation time totally inaccurate and service manager not so friendly
